These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set the conditions for using the services (“Service”) provided by Specified Nonprofit Corporation NPO The Third Family (“the Organization”), including this website. Users (all persons using the Service) may use the Service only by agreeing to these Terms.
By using the Service, users are deemed to have given valid and irrevocable consent to these Terms. Users who do not agree to these Terms may not use the Service.
If you are a minor, please use the Service with the consent of your legal guardian. A minor who begins using the Service without guardian consent and subsequently reaches adulthood is deemed to have ratified all actions taken while a minor.
The Organization grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use text, images, videos, audio, music, software, programs, code, and other content provided by the Service solely for private use within the scope of the Service. Any use beyond this scope is strictly prohibited. If a user loses the right to use the Service for any reason, they acknowledge they will lose access to all Service content.
Users acknowledge that the Organization may functionally integrate third-party services (“external services”) with the Service and agree to all of the following:
Users grant the Organization a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute their posts for purposes including research, policy advocacy, service improvement, and promotion. Users retain intellectual property rights to their posts.
The following types of posts are prohibited:
Deletion requests are generally not honored unless the content poses specific risks. Requests must come directly from the affected party. High-risk content may be deleted for user safety.
Associations with organized crime (yakuza), violent demands, coercion, fraud, or related activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service termination.
The Organization may restrict a user's access to the Service without prior notice if the user violates these Terms or if the Organization otherwise deems it necessary.
The Organization makes no warranty that the Service is free from defects (including security, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose).
The Organization's maximum liability to users is ¥10,000. The Organization is not liable for disputes arising between users. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
Special rules apply to in-person events organized by the Organization. Details will be communicated at the time of each event.
